Our client is a global leader in the electronic and home appliance space who have a constant focus on innovation.
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to support the Service Network through achieving customer satisfaction.
The Role:
- Chasing and updating service orders
- Ensuring system data is accurate
- Order management
- Supporting new systeM/Function implementation
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Monitoring to ensure providers are complying with company processes and procedures
- Creating ad hoc reports and case studies to identify areas of improvement
- Time sheet and leave approvals for teams
- Site visits to assist in performance and service improvement
About You:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite essential)
- Ability to multitask and work in a highpressure environment, autonomously
- Analytical, results and detail oriented
- Quick learner with ability to absorb new information with a meticulous and proactive approach
