What does TLR Do?

TLR's primary focus is providing asset life cycle support for the Manufacturing, Recycling, Energy and Resources, Warehouse Automation to Transport Infrastruture sectors.

Creating employment opportunities both in the Trades and Technical Engineering fields.

Where is TLR? Parramatta in NSW as we are expanding our national footprint and industry partners into NSW. This Sales and Business Development position is to capitalise on the recent opportunties we have in NSW and work closely the MD and VIC & SA Operations to development the NSW markets for TLR.


The Role

This exciting position has become available in the field of sales and business development for technical and trades related fixed plant solutions.

The role suits an energetic person with an engineering degree or trades background who can identify opportunities and drive sales growth.

If you have a plant relocations, projects, maintenance solutions.

If are outgoing and comfortable dealing with people, have the ability to close a business sale built on safety and quality solutions with existing and new customers this is your chance to start a career with TLR.


The ideal applicant should have a track record in technical roles such as production, mechanical or electrical engineering, or trades such as mechanical or electrical supervision with a strong propensity for sales and client development are encouraged to apply.

Strong consideration for those who possess drive, enthusiasm for business growth, whilst enjoying autonomy and self-direction will find this a rewarding and fulfilling role.


This is a full time role which comprises of an attractive salary and company vehicle combined with incentive bonusses to reward achieving business growth.


Along with sales and business development, there are opportunities to work with service delivery, account management and the design of customer solutions.
