The opportunity


Be a crucial member of our team as an
Inventory System Support Analyst, contributing significantly to the integration of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) into our ERP and overseeing IDOCs for continuous enhancements to our inventory management.

This position offers a chance to join our continuous improvement initiative, making valuable contributions to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations as we transition to our new distribution center in Marsden Park.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with crossfunctional teams to support the integration of WMS with SAP.
  • Analyze existing inventory management processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to IDOC processing, including identifying the root cause of errors and working with the IT technical team to implement solutions.
  • Utilize Power BI to develop visually engaging and datadriven business reports, enabling efficient decisionmaking and providing key insights for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including work instructions, quick reference guides, and training videos to support system implementations, upgrades and inventory processing.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and other stakeholders on system functionality, business processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct required system user acceptance testing and ensure that changes are thoroughly tested before they are deployed to the production environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management capabilities.

Experience required:


Essential:


  • At least 23 years of experience in SAP implementation and support
  • WMS expert with a proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations through system enhancements and process improvements
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field (or industry experience thereof)
  • Strong Excel/PowerBI user with experience in SQL and other data querying languages
