Essendon Mitsubishi is now seeking a performance-driven Service Advisor who can focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all our valued clients.
This is a Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 5:00 role.

The successful applicant will be working closely with the Service Manager, you will be 100% focused on managing & exceeding your customers' expectations whist their vehicle is in our care.

The successful applicant will possess:

Proven experience in a similar high paced role
Strong customer service with the ability to maintain good relationships with your clients
Experience using ERA
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current driving license
Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
Right to work in Australia
