Do Work that Matters


As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us.

You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.

You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:


  • Concierge and welcome calls
  • Missed payments and earlyintervention collections
  • Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Part time positions available to start in
April or May 2024**, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm, 25 hours per week.

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office.

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

  • Available to work 25 hours per week, split over 5 shifts (5 hours per shift).
  • Available to work from the Melbourne office, once a fortnight.
  • Training will commence with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for the first 4 weeks (15 hours per week). Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
  • There are opportunities to transition to permanent parttime positions. We have regular and progressive training to support your career with us.
