About the Role:
Our client is a major wholesaler and distributor of aluminium, plastic and stainless steel piping systems to the construction and building industry.
This role is currently located in the Sutherland area, however the business will be relocating to Moorebank by mid 2024.

Duties:
- Proactively support and service existing clients
- Monitor customer orders to ensure timely supply
- Manage fulfilment of customer quotes
- Problem solving customer issues and managing demanding customers
- Proactively educating customers on products ranges and availability of stock
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years plus experience in an industrial customer service and support role
- A 5* Star Customer Experience mentality and attitude
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Sufficient technical understanding of building, plumbing, plumbing supply products (or similar), preferable but not essential
- Extensive experience providing telephone customer support
- Effective communication and organisation skills
- Excellent computer skills and presentation skills
