We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Adelaide.
About You:
As our Regional Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our South Australian operations, overseeing day-to-day activities.

Supported by a seasoned team, your role includes:
- Keeping a close eye on training course schedules, anticipating and addressing potential issues with proactive contingency plans.
- Streamlining operational processes for enhanced productivity, cost reduction, and smoother workflows.
- Ensuring strict compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations in both training delivery and operational practices.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their needs, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for upselling or crossselling training programs.
Essential Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Training, or Sales roles with an RTO or 2 years of Operations experience in another service industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in VET and/or WHS.
- A knack for managing the cost of sales.
- Exposure to aXcelerate student management software (essential/highly desirable).
- Technical knowledge in Heavy Industry Training.
- A genuine passion for and commitment to quality and continual improvement.
- The ability to multitask and maintain exceptional organisational skills.
- A proven track record of leading a highperforming Operations Team.
