As the People and Culture Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping and implementing the global people and culture initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will contribute to the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Chief People Officer to develop and deliver strategic people and culture initiatives aligned with our business goals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the ANZ, Singaporean, and Kenyan businesses, overseeing various strategic and operational matters such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, recruitment and selection, performance management, remuneration, learning and development, career development, and succession planning.
  • Building strong relationships with the global leadership team and P&C colleagues to ensure a shared understanding and approach to business needs and priorities across all locations.
  • Coaching and supporting line managers on complex P&C issues to enhance their people management capabilities.
  • Managing a small P&C team dedicated to supporting the ANZ, Singaporean, and Kenyan business units.
  • Undertaking P&C project work as required.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications, experience, and strengths:

  • Demonstrated senior generalist HR/P&C experience, working as a Senior HR/P&C Business Partner or equivalent.
  • A relevant degree in People and Culture or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Fair Work Act and Antidiscrimination legislation, as well as emerging P&C trends.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to P&C solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Familiarity with remuneration structuring, including experience with short
- and long-term incentive schemes.

  • Solid endtoend resourcing experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in preparing executive and board papers and presenting with authority and presence.
  • Experience leveraging People & Culture analytics.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
