We are currently seeking a Data Center Ops Analyst to join our team in Sydney, Australia, New South Wales (AU-NSW), Australia (AU).


Datacentre Operations Analyst
We are seeking a highly capable DC Operations Engineer to optimize our company's IT Operations.


To ensure success as a DC Operations Analyst, you should possess in-depth knowledge of DC technologies and experience in a similar role.

An accomplished DC Operator will be someone whose DC expertise results in the stable, fast, and secure exchange of information.

**/OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Plans, coordinates, controls and directs all administrative and technical centre activities around asset movement, tracking and reconciliations.
  • Plans and directs the Tech Room Support activities.
  • Provides first level technical support for hardware issues
  • Electronic Media Management
  • Asset Management

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Checks that all scheduled DC
  • BAU tasks have been completed
  • Ensuring Asset Movement including receiving, tracking, installation, disposal and reconciliation is in accordance with Global procedures
  • Maintain integrity of Asset databases (Service Now and Asset Database)
  • Ensuring Electronic Media is transported and/or disposed of in accordance with information security guidelines, and Global procedures.
  • Maintain integrity of Media/HDD database (Vertices and Asset Tracker)
  • Ensures all documentation is up to date, and changes are implemented as required to improve processes.

  • Comply with the ethical standards contained in the Citigroup Code of Conduct
  • Ensure the business unit adheres to firm policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Responsible for monitoring and supervision of the business unit to ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Compliance with Information Security standards with regards to Electronic Media Management.
  • Provide first level technical support for hardware issues.
  • Asset management
