Our client is a leading Retail Property Agency highly regarded within the industry and the clear leader in their market.
A rare position has just become available for an experienced Accounts person to join their onsite team in a well-performing shopping centre.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling monthly statements (rent, outgoings, electricity etc)
- Raising rental invoices and sundry charges
- Public liability and insurance management
- Lease register management
- Preparation of monthly arrears reports
- Raising purchase orders
- Contracts management
- Reconciliation of tenant accounts
- Assisting the Centre Management with income and expenditure budgets
- Accounts payable and coding of invoices
- Other general administration tasks as required
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable in property highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced to intermediate skills in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
- A team oriented approach and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- High financial acumen
- Good conflict management skills
