The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our Novar Gardens team in a Team Member (Loader) role.

The BlueScope Buildings Components division in Australia manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through its four leading brands:
Lysaght, Fielders, Ranbuild and Kiteleys.

Our Team Members (Loaders) work in a continuous production environment.

They operate machinery to create smarter solutions for our customers, while monitoring product quality, remaining committed to their safety and that of the team.

You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our role allowing for future career development opportunities.

You'll have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals, as well as ongoing learning, support and training.

Working Monday to Friday, we are offering the following shifts:Day - 6am to 2pm and Afternoon - 2pm to 10pm.

You will receive a competitive starting salary of $980 per week, with the ability to progress to $1,035 per week within 6 months. Afternoon shift will include a 15% shift allowance. In addition to this, you will be eligible to receive performance bonuses from $540 - $900 per quarter.

What Will You Do?
Being in a key role that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality of our products, you will be:

operating a forklift and processing machinery

- safely preloading and unloading our products to trucks
- supporting the team with general tasks

the ability to drive a forklift and a current Forklift license
