Lead the compliance, assurance, and internal risk management activities across the organisation and ensure adherence to the ISO 9001 standard


About the Role:


  • Manage and support all ISO compliance matters to achieve a level of excellence across all quality controls and governance mechanisms; including the continuance of ISO 9001 accreditation
  • Lead and develop the Quality Audit team to imbed the commitment to quality and compliance across all areas, including the research and development of innovative new technologies
  • Provide advice and support to the CEO and Executive team on compliance processes and procedures, ensuring an enterprise level of sustained quality compliance through growth and over time

About You:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance (QA) leadership or management role, preferably within an engineering and/or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience within compliance, assurance risk or audit within a complex engineering, manufacturing or consultancy organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating clearly and succinctly
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering and/or manufacturing are highly desired
  • Establish and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the delivery of business objectives
