This position is the lead point of contact for the
KC-30A Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft program based in Brisbane, Queensland.

In addition to the primary role of a Business Partner, this role contributes to functional planning and maturity objectives to meet not only NGA's needs now and into the future to attract and retain talent.


Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.


Your Role:


As Northrop Grumman Australia continues to grow and cultivate a positive company culture, the Human Resources team plays a crucial role in this success.

We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Business Partner to provide support for the KC-30A Program.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will require flexibility to adapt and assist with various programs as demands arise.

You will collaborate with program leaders on all aspects of HR, from talent management and workforce planning to strategy alignment, with the goal of ensuring alignment between business and people strategies and empowering employees.


To be successful, you should possess exceptional communication skills, have the ability to build strong relationships, and utilize your generalist HR knowledge and business acumen to effectively solve business problems.

A degree in HR or a related field, coupled with a generalist HR background encompassing employment relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, etc., is highly preferred.


Additionally, you should be forward-thinking, analytical, and possess a strong understanding of how data and technology can be used to inform decision-making.


It is also essential that you either hold or have the eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
