About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team leading our approach to the provision of quality care to clients of the Kinghorn Cancer Centre.

The Administration Officer will
provide administrative support within the hematology and medical oncology departments, allied health staff, senior nurses as well as front of house administration staff.

Selection Criteria:


  • Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in health care administrative support
  • Effective organisational and time management skills
  • Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programmes such as Word, Excel and Medical Records, Medicare HPOS
  • Demonstrated public relations skills
  • Proven capacity to work autonomously and with limited supervision
