We are looking for a customer service driven Coordinator to come and lead our OSHC team at Walter's Road

Our Out-of-School-Hours Coordinators are the organisational gurus that make sure our OSHC services are safe, effective - and always fun.

You'll also work closely with the children, and their parents and schools, to ensure they're set up for growth and success.

This isn't your typical 9-5 role (they don't call it Out of School Hours for nothing) - and if you bring the dedication, focus and commitment, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a career in education, where you can build a schedule that works for you.

So if you're excited by the opportunity of a promising career creating meaningful opportunities for young people who need them, you'll almost certainly learn a thing or two yourself.

  • You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Ambarvale's families, school, and charity partners
  • You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth
  • You will be committed to safeguarding and hosting safe learning environments

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience being responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children
  • Experience leading others
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
  • Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Desirable)
