Join our client, a leading Registered Training Organisation, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional training courses and growth. Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support their sales teams through administration, collaboration with internal departments, and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team schedules.
- Collect and disseminate relevant sales information.
- Generate daily audit reports.
- Store and organise financial data.
- Assist with daily sales queries.
- Monitor team progress and propose improvements.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Facilitate onboarding of new sales staff.
- Plan and improve team processes.
- Maintain CRM systems and resolve student issues.
- Update supporting material for review.
- Adopt continuous learning processes.
Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years in sales support and reportfocused roles.
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Performance Measures:
- Maintain 100% report accuracy.
- Respond to enquiries within 48 hours.
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM.
- Maintain office presentation standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
