Join our client, a leading Registered Training Organisation, who are dedicated to delivering exceptional training courses and growth. Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support their sales teams through administration, collaboration with internal departments, and timely reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate sales team schedules.
  • Collect and disseminate relevant sales information.
  • Generate daily audit reports.
  • Store and organise financial data.
  • Assist with daily sales queries.
  • Monitor team progress and propose improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new sales staff.
  • Plan and improve team processes.
  • Maintain CRM systems and resolve student issues.
  • Update supporting material for review.
  • Adopt continuous learning processes.

Experience/Skills:


  • 2+ years in sales support and reportfocused roles.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Performance Measures:


  • Maintain 100% report accuracy.
  • Respond to enquiries within 48 hours.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into CRM.
  • Maintain office presentation standards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Pay:
$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Australia (required)
