Description

Responsible for meeting sales budgets and increasing market share in Surface & Floor Preparation products across all market segments in your assigned territory, by delivering a customer experience founded on providing excellent industry and product knowledge, commitment to integrity and delivery of the customer brand promise.


Essential Duties:
For the Category portfolios of CSE, CST, CDE, CBL:

  • Achieve planned sustainable profitable growth of the Surface & Floor Preparation products across all market segments across your territory.
  • Finished Goods
  • Dust and Slurry Management range


  • Consumables

  • CST and accessories


  • Service offering

  • Parts, labour and service solutions
  • Provide excellence account leadership via in field support, training, negotiations and contractual relationship support
  • Support of Social Selling Strategies and programs
  • Hold and drive local training programs including but not limited to: Hiperfloor/ Superfloor, Hipertrowel, Floor Prep
  • Analyse your territory: sales development of customers, channels, subsegments and products within the portfolio developing action plans to meet key performance indicators

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous industry experience in Surface & Floor Preparation highly advantageous
  • Excellent sales/account managing skills, minimum of a 2 years direct selling in an industrial environment.
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle
  • Background in and ability to understand technical products
  • IT Systems literate with experience of using a CRM system or similar

  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with strong relationship building skills
  • Self-Starter with strong drive and sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Your ability to see beyond the initial sale and develop strong relationships aimed at facilitating growth of both our customers and the business will be crucial to the success of this position.
