Due to rapid company growth, we are in search of a

Recruitment Consultant (Senior, Principal, or Lead) to join our office based in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will be joining a team who consider company culture and a supportive environment to be the main reasons for our success thus far.

We are seeking someone who is driven, passionate, and craving success but most importantly whose values match ours.

Our expectations of you:

To demonstrate the capability of building your own
client network from lead generation calls or other sources
Show the highest level of business development experience while building and maintaining rapport and relationships with clients
Contribute to our office with positive energy and a cando attitude

What you can expect from us:

Generous commission structure 30% 35% after the threshold with a windup period of 50% / 75% threshold for the first 3 months.
