Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an Executive Assistant on a 6 months non-ongoing contract, with potential to becoming ongoing.


Position Overview

Role Description:


The role itself requires a highly organized and flexible individual with the ability to reprioritize work and keep up in a dynamic and very fast paced environment.


The Executive Assistant is responsible for:

  • diary/appointment management
- progressing executive correspondence (experience with PDMS would be an advantage)
- booking travel, creating and acquitting travel requisitions
- preparing meeting papers
- inbox management for multiple inboxes.
