About the role:

This role will play a key role in KinCare's ongoing commitment to provide excellent customer service to our valued customers and promote a culture of cross-functional collaboration with our broader team.

This a newly created role, based in Bella Vista, offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the organisation and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day to day activity of the National Contact Centre (NCC) to deliver excellent service to our customers and colleagues.
Lead and develop Customer Service Representatives in their roles by ensuring ongoing coaching, feedback and support is provided.
Be an escalation point for challenging customer and field staff requests, provide direction, and ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
Manage rostering for all contact centre activity to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Act as the 2IC for the Operations Manager, National Contact Centre.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to continually improve the services delivered through the NCC.

About you:

Relevant operations management or equivalent management experience gained within an assistance or contact centre environment, or in a professional services industry.
Strong leadership skills, experience in building and managing effective mediumsized contact centre teams across multiple locations and in a remote setting.
A commitment to career long learning and development with the capability to be a potential successor for the Operations Manager role.
Proven ability to lead and support remote teams.
Ability to think and operate strategically, thinking outside the box, and driving initiatives towards customer focused solutions.
