What's the opportunity?

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a talented team and instilling the positive and unique values of our culture.

In this role you will partner with cross functional leadership to proactively identify areas for innovation and improvement to help drive significant and sustained year-over-year growth.


What will I do?
Operationally and strategically responsible for managing the day-to-day business, and driving excellence in service delivery and performance

Working with cross functional leadership to define and activate medium to long term strategic plans to optimize revenue, and ensure profitability and growth goals are achieved

Facilitate high levels of employee engagement through continuous improvement of the employee experience

Maintain and develop sales networks nationally while growing both existing and new customer accounts and segments

Work with Sales and Marketing to define the strategic and tactical plans, new go to market strategies and monitor effectiveness

Implement initiatives that preserve and strengthen our customer centric culture, ensuring all clients and students receive an exceptional experience

Remain a key partner with all key clients and vendors through cultivating effective client relationships and conducting regular reviews of business requirements

  • Growing strong internal relationships across Sales, Support, Product, and other departments to drive results

What have you accomplished?
7+ years of management experience, experience managing managers is a requirement

Previous experience in the Ed Tech industry advantageous

Proven leadership ability to coach, influence, develop, motivate and empower employees to achieve their best while maintaining high employee morale

Extensive experience in a client service and service delivery role

A demonstrated track record of hitting financial and performance goals and aligning a team around key growth metrics

Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups

Self-motivated, decisive, and experienced in change management

Experience working effectively with all levels of management

Proven track-record leading initiatives across multiple functions

  • Ability to use data to analyze results and make datadriven decisions to identify and implement new opportunities to drive customer success
