TEN Recruit have teamed up with a WA residential brand to recruit 2 X Client Liaison officers to work in their head office based in Osborne Park. Our client delivers single & double storey homes across WA. This role will see you work within a vibrant team to assist clients with the delivery of their dream home.

Client Liaison Officers will be the clients main contact throughout the construction process.

You will liaise with our colour consultant to assist clients with selecting finishes - bricks, flooring, tiles, doors, tapware, paint etc.

for their dream home. You will finalise specifications, update client's quotes, arrange plan changes and contract signing.

To assist clients in creating their dream home, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Guiding, assisting, and working closely with clients throughout the building process to ensure they have an enjoyable and stressfree experience.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication, listening to and addressing their needs.
  • Producing accurate documentation which is clear and easy to understand to clients.
  • Assisting clients with any queries, variations, updates, claims etc. throughout the entire process.
  • Initiating and arranging meetings with clients relating to colour appointment, tapware, specifications, joinery, and electrical layout etc.
  • Preparing specifications, electrical layouts, arranging plans and liaising with clients for comment and approval
  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate client files are always maintained and kept up to date.
To be successful in this role ideally you'll have the following experience

  • Customer focussed, looking at the selection and building process through the eyes of the client
  • Minimum two years' experience in a customer focused role, preferably as a CLO.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with great attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks to achieve deadlines.
  • Able to produce quality documentation within required timeframes/great administration skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport with people on all levels.
  • An energetic, enthusiastic professional with excellent presentation.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • Computer literate with great verbal and written communication skills.
