    Our client, Bromarc Pty Ltd, is a Warwick-based manufacturing company that specializes in providing complete end-to-end product manufacturing for clients in the OEM, Automotive, Agriculture, Construction, Defense & Mining Industries.

    BROMARC is dedicated to helping Australian manufacturers. They have optimised their team, their machines, and their systems around partnering with, and helping, manufacturers grow. They want to help you improve your manufacturing work-flow, from design, to manufacture, to delivery.

    About the role

    Bromarc is looking for motivated and experienced candidates for various positions to join their growing team at their factory in Warwick QLD.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Workshop Welding & Fabrication of Carbon and Stainless Steel


    • Correct welding processes of steam and water pipe


    • Light to medium fabrication of spools, water pipes and tanks


    • Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG / TIG / arc welding and plasma cutters.


    • Work with a lot of different design challenges such as cyclone, bushfire, sloping sites, etc.


    • Ability to read engineering drawings.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Certificate III or equivalent


    • Relevant experience required


    • Comprehensive knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials (Tilers, Plasterers)


    • Capable of working independently or as part of a team


    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work


    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations


    • Effective communication and customer service skills
