We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.


About Greenwood Academy


Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is an RTO and CRICOS based in the Sydney Central Business District.

We are a values-based organization offering accredited AQF training products from ACM and BSB training packages.

Our students are our principle focus on which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.


As a Marketing Specialist, your duties will include:

Local and International Market Expertise:
Develop and implement enrolment strategies targeting the Southeast Asian and Australian education markets.


Sales Activities:
Conduct sales activities with new and existing clients to drive enrolment and revenue.


Advertising Strategy & Execution:
Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support our academy's objectives.


Promotion & Revenue Generation:
Spearhead promotional campaigns to drive revenue, especially for our workshops.


Outreach & Enrolment:

Lead initiatives to reach out to and enroll both onshore and offshore students, ensuring our academy's offerings are effectively promoted.


Market Research:
Research potential demand for our educational services, collecting and analyzing data to identify market opportunities.


Collaboration & Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance outreach and enrolment strategies, ensuring campaigns are executed within time and budget constraints.


Social Media & Brand Presence:
Leverage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, RED, and Weibo to enhance our academy's presence and engagement.


Business Growth & Development:
Support the academy's growth by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs.


About You
