The opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join the Critical Care team - AHC business unit.

Looking after the NSW territory and working alongside the product specialists to provide and support customers pre and post sales including pre-hospital, ICU and the Neonatal products we sell and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customer support/educational enquiries and needs, as requested by customer, Product Specialist or Regional Sales Manager;
Formulate a weekly call plan and report back to Sales Manager and Product Specialists;
Undertake customer gap analysis for consumable products in consultation with Product Specialist;
Achieve set KPIs as negotiated with Regional Sales Manager;
Work in collaboration with the Product Specialists to identify focus accounts to target and support;
Promote solutions and products within the wider Critical Care business. Uncover customer needs, buying criteria and decisionmaking process. Feedback sales leads to Product Specialists.

Looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual who likes to travel, work within a team and have an understanding of the critical care side of healthcare from adults through to Neonates.

Experience required:

Minimum 3 years Adult ICU, Neonatal ICU or ED experience
Ventilation knowledge in Adult, Pediatric or Neonatal
Proven skills in territory management, presenting, education, time management
Good communication skills
Ability to work within a team
