The opportunity
An exciting opportunity to join the Critical Care team - AHC business unit.

Looking after the NSW territory and working alongside the product specialists to provide and support customers pre and post sales including pre-hospital, ICU and the Neonatal products we sell and support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend to customer support/educational enquiries and needs, as requested by customer, Product Specialist or Regional Sales Manager;
  • Formulate a weekly call plan and report back to Sales Manager and Product Specialists;
  • Undertake customer gap analysis for consumable products in consultation with Product Specialist;
  • Achieve set KPIs as negotiated with Regional Sales Manager;
  • Work in collaboration with the Product Specialists to identify focus accounts to target and support;
  • Promote solutions and products within the wider Critical Care business. Uncover customer needs, buying criteria and decisionmaking process. Feedback sales leads to Product Specialists.

Looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual who likes to travel, work within a team and have an understanding of the critical care side of healthcare from adults through to Neonates.

Experience required:


  • Minimum 3 years Adult ICU, Neonatal ICU or ED experience
  • Ventilation knowledge in Adult, Pediatric or Neonatal
  • Proven skills in territory management, presenting, education, time management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
