An exciting opportunity has become available to join a global leader which currently operates in over forty countries around the world.
As the HR Solutions Consultant, you will be joining an award winning team and will be responsible for supporting the businesses local P&C team and employees with HR and Payroll Administration.
This is an ideal role for a payroll professional looking to develop their skills in human resources or a seasoned HR Coordinator with some payroll experience, looking to progress their career with an established professional services brand.
Along with joining a supportive team, you will be led by a dedicated Head of People & Culture who is passionate about developing HR talent and will give you the opportunity to gain key learnings with exposure across multiple HR projects.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Support the broader P&C team with HR administration and data entry
- Work closely with the outsourced payroll provider (ADP) for fortnightly payroll processing
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders
- Provide support with HR projects and ad hoc tasks as required
- Previous working experience in a HR Administration role or similar
- Intermediate experience in payroll administrator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment
