MJD Recruitment are seeking a professional, driven and friendly Front of House concierge that enjoys representing an organisation to be at their best.

As the face of the company being friendly, composed, professional and well presented are a prerequisite.

As the Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in the Chatswood Office (Head Office).

You will be responsible for ensuring each and every visitor has an exceptional experience and providing administrative support to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all clients in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
Assist with business administration

Event Assistance

Lots of fun events
Stationary orders and office maintenance requests
General administration support
Manage costs for food purchased and staffing for events
Arrange beverages and catering for all meetings
Set up meeting rooms for specific events and/or meetings
Direct and supervise external temp staff
Check and restock fridges in front of house kitchen with refreshments

Required skill set:

Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previously worked closely with marketing team on events
Willingness to learn new skills
Strong client focus and understanding of client needs
Proven interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
