We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for an interim role for a State Government organisation based in the CBD.

As the Manager of Financial Operations, you'll lead the team financial accounting and compliance for the organisation. You'll shape policies, ensure strict compliance, and foster high team performance. Your strategic guidance will align financial goals with the companies success.

A comprehensive understanding of accounting standards, particularly within a government framework, enabling you to navigate complexities with ease.
Proven expertise in producing meticulous financial statements and conducting rigorous balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and impart financial insights.
The ability to cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with key stakeholders, utilizing these relationships to drive the project's financial success.
A track record of championing continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and driving strategic changes for expedited business outcomes.
CPA or CA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
