Carecone is hiring for an IT Service Delivery Manager.

Location:
Brisbane, QLD

Duration:
Permanent

Preferably with experience with:

-
Financial Service customer management experience:

Exceptional customer, stakeholder management skills
Experience in delivering services with multiple service streams including
SD/EUC, Cybersecurity, Applications, Infrastructure etc
Work closely with all Service Leaders/PMs, DMs, Portfolio Manager, Competency Leaders, PMO and Delivery Managers.
Should be able to own, lead, improve existing services with other stream leads.
P1/P2

Education/Certifications:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Computers Science, Engineering /MBA/ Financial Services related fields.
ITIL v4.0, PMP, PgMP, Six Sigma other Process and Quality certifications.
