About your next role:

- 'Introduction to Psychology' in the Diplomas of Arts Part 1 (Year 12 equivalent)
- 'Psychology 1A' and 'Psychology 1B' in the Diplomas of Arts Part 2 (1st Year Undergraduate).


You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality professional and responsive teaching and learning that supports the individual learning needs of a diverse range of students.


  • Deliver contemporary teaching and learning practices through face to face, virtual and hybrid environments and using LMS platforms such as Moodle
  • Motivate students to actively engage with their fellow students, the course material and assessment requirements
  • Actively participate in the planning and preparation of teaching and learning resources, moderation of assessments and exams
  • Provide formative assessment and feedback


Diploma classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 6pm, and have tutorials/classes of up to 25 students.

About You:


You will bring a student-focused and interactive teaching approach, along with the ability to utilise effective technology in achieving student learning outcomes.


As a Teacher at Monash College, you will play an integral role in providing our students with an enriching educational experience.


You will be adept at working in a multicultural educational environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues to create an optimal student experience.

You will have experience delivering to students from non-English speaking backgrounds.


You have an undergraduate degree with a major in the designated teaching area and previous relevant teaching experience (minimum 2 years).

A formal teaching qualification such as a CELTA or a Graduate Diploma would be desirable.
