Are you looking for the next step in your career and have experience in working within a multi-site large payroll team, our client is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their fast-paced organisation, with the opportunity for career growth.

In this busy and fun environment, our client requires a proactive positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Processing weekly timesheets
  • Preparation and processing large weekly and monthly pay runs
  • Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee personal records
  • Assisting with customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and interpret various awards and EBA's
  • Reporting and adhoc payroll duties.

About You:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in multi site and agreement environment
  • Proven experience in the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent work ethic
On offer is a salary of $77K plus Super. Working in a hybrid of home and office.
