Your Role
As a Support Assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.

Your tasks will include:

Driving our Coaster bus
Assisting clients on/off the vehicle, in and out of their home/Facility or destination
Taking clients to the toilet and transferring, i.e. chair to standing etc
Preparation of meals, including serving and clearing away
Cleaning of the Centre, both inside and out
General maintenance of the property, general care of the grounds/garden and securing of all equipment before leaving the Service/Facility

Role Requirements

Be fully vaccinated against Covid1
Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
Vaccination against Influenza is strongly recommended.
Current Police Screening Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
Current Queensland LR driver's licence with driver authorisation
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
