About the Role
You will join a dynamic team in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes that exceed customer expectations.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by creating innovative menus, while ensuring all health and safety standards are met.

You will also manage stock control and ordering of supplies as well as training junior staff members. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Head Chef looking to make their mark in the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop menus, recipes and costings for all dishes
Oversee the daily operations of a busy kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation are maintained; previous experience in a Head Chef role essential.
Train and develop a team of kitchen staff to ensure high quality food is served.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary
Maintain accurate records of food costs, sales figures and wastage levels

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience in the hospitality sector, with a focus on events and functions.
Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends
Understanding of health & safety regulations in the hospitality sector
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
Experience with budgeting, cost control and stock management
