Description

Fulfilling the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.

Following defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
Assisting in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes.
Work closely with the Senior Applications Specialists, providing customer focused, specialist advice and end to end support for eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management platform (ServiceNow).

Are you right for this role?To be successful in the role, you will have the ability to develop and manage ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management

(SFIA:

USUP Level 3, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 3, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 2).
