The Firm

This well-established, global engineering firm in the Perth CBD are seeking an experienced Projects Coordinator to provide support to project leaders and project teams.

Located in the CBD, an initial 6 month contract, with possibility of extension till December 2024.


The Role
As a Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring quality systems are implemented and maintained on all projects
  • Planning, executing and coordinating projects across multiple locations
  • Monitoring progress, developing project plans
  • Providing support to the project team
  • Managing expectations from a variety of internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Previous experience within construction/engineering is desired
  • Strong administration skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
