The role

The responsibility allowance for this position is 9 periods per cycle and $7,500.


The Head of Digital Technology and Media is a dynamic leadership role responsible for leading the Digital Technology and Media curriculum.

The role involves leading a team of teachers to develop and implement an innovative curriculum that equips students with essential skills for the digital age.

Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Developing the scope and sequence and course documentation in the Department
  • Contributing to strategic discussions around the College's teaching and learning priorities as a member of the Learning and Curriculum Group
  • Assisting with developing and implementing the Department structure and in the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff
