The Opportunity
With enterprise clients on board and more looking to sign up, business is booming for this successful Software Company. Due to continued growth, a new opportunity has been created for a talented L2/L3 Support Engineer.

This role will see you work in a friendly and passionate team working on providing support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issue.

Skills & Experience Required

Exposure or experience with MYSQL, SharePoint and Windows operating system
L2 & L3 escalation handling and troubleshooting experience
XML, XSLT, Json, html markup languages
A strong communicator with solid experience working in Agile SDLC
All rounder, Self directed and self driven individual always looking for ways to work with new technologies to improve outcomes
