Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Projects Planner to lead the supply planning transformation by working with cross functional partners such as IBP lead, Demand Partners, Operation Manager, Procurement and Innovation & Brand Change team to enable efficient workflows End to End. Drive development and deployment of the maturity assessment tool, standardise WoW and support Innovation projects by providing visibility of write off risks due to change overs. Strengthen and sustain continuous communication and relationships with key collaborators in the supply chain. This role will investigate and resolve process or system gaps and work cross functionally with business partners with developing reports using multiple data source.


Key responsibilities:
Primary contact to support the Imports & Local supply planning Innovation projects by Identifying and reporting opportunities and risks to the overall business of Finished Goods, Raw Materials and other components within the Supply Network including Suppliers. Manage runin and runout of soft and hard change products to ensure no or mínimal writeoff. Hypercare the first month(s) of launch with customer service and VRPs and if needed implement customer allocation Provide visibility of supply and demand weekly to the project team and broader organization. Based on this data to highlight any risks and proposed actions on potential SLOBS/write off on RM/PM/FG in line with production capacity, customer keying date and service. Strengthen and sustain continuous communication and relationships with key collaborators in the Planning function with CI projects and system roll outs by providing recommendations for improvement and development of the roadmap of progress from foundational to completion. Strive to understand data and extract insights across products, customer, supplier inventory and develop models to provide recommendations for making informed decisions, enabling clear and practical supply outlook by demonstrating strong collaboration with demand, sales, finance, procurement and production teams. Conduct robust data analysis, process evaluation to assess cost & benefits of proposed scenarios or SKU changeover. Manage initiatives by defining project achievements, change management plan and execution Having a good understanding of the business strategy and challenge the status quo to engage exciting thinking which reduces write off costs, enhances WoW, improves joint critical metrics with suppliers and enhances service levels to customer. Work with all relevant parties to ensure all master data/supply/demand parameters are maintained correctly and on time Support the Innovation PM on the conversion at customer's side (master data, timing and if prioritization between BUs is needed) Provide strategic analysis & support for Inventory Management, Production Planning, Tracking exception reporting and Stock Accuracy Proactively managing supply issues and work closely with Supply Planners on all manufacturing delays and develop an SOH and risk dashboards Support activities related to the performance acceleration program by simplifying, optimising and document business processesConduct adhoc analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve planning Lead root cause identification and continuous improvement efforts in the planning process Assist in supply and demand optimization by providing demand outlook and risk assessment Lead/participate in supply chain projects Accountability for generating and distribution of various reportsWhat you will bring to the table:
  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite (excel essential) along with ERP (SAP) and CRM system
Considerable experience of driving global supply planning capability programmes. SAP/APO usage and experience ideally, with advanced supply chain methodology and implementation. Experience across at least two of the following supply planning processes: Distribution Requirements Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Materials Requirements Planning, Inventory management and Control. Key influencing skills, establish relationships with teams within supply planning and external functions. Proven ability to impact and influence, at a senior collaborator level, influencing & communication skills
