Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager, ANZ is responsible for managing distribution partners and demand generation. Building key customer partnerships, and driving pipeline management in order to exceed annual sales targets.

This position will be responsible for covering Australia and New Zealand, requiring up to 30% business travel within the region.

Responsibilities:

Effective ANZ business management, monitoring sales and demand generation against Annual Operation plan (AOP)
Report forecast, SIOP ,business review & any commercial actions as required by leadership
Manage distribution (Dealer) network and work closely with the distributors to convert leads into purchase orders
Develops account specific strategies; executes tactically within assigned territory
Provide support and liaise with the distributors to provide necessary support. Working with Distributors for key projects to increase win rate.
Drive territory expansions
Monitor and maintain the pricing policy for the region
Work closely with regional marketing and product management to drive Sales promotion activities, marketing events and new product launched.
Drive global consumable focus including glass
Regular customer meetings and clinical promotion. Identification and development long term relationship with KOL from pathology crossing SEA.
Manage Sales funnels using SFDC, and updates database regularly as a part of thorough territory management.
Improve Epredia Brand awareness
Review Go-To-Market strategy and provide strategic growth plan
Able to plan, execute and measure with a strong sense of urgency to drive results

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
5+ years of management experience

  • 10 years demonstrated selling success on Anatomical Pathology products
Preferred Qualifications
Individual with experience working with capital equipment in the research and clinical laboratory space
Demonstrated "consultative selling skills" experience and large account management experience
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers and large "Key Accounts" at all levels of an organization
Demonstrated verbal, written and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, direct, and coach
Demonstrated key position skills to include; leadership, questioning and needs analysis, negotiation, motivation, communication and organization
