The Role:


We are searching for a down to earth and hands on Leading Hand, motivated for a long-term career, with opportunities to develop their knowledge and skills.


This fulltime role will enable you to showcase your structural experience and will provide opportunities to manage on-site construction works, whilst demonstrating a high respect for safety and quality work.


With the support of the Supervisor and project team, you are comfortable collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes and are excited to add value to our diverse business and be a key contributor to the achievement of our growth objectives.


What you Need:


  • Construction Induction (White Card)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Experience on concrete remediation projects (ideally in building, bridges, wharves and treatment plants)
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR desired
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • A natural ability to collaborative and strive for positive outcomes
  • Be able to analyse and solve problems
  • Ability to read technical plans and drawings
  • Good communication skills and a respect for safety and quality work
  • A willingness to work away from home when required
