Ramsey Bros are looking for a motivational Workshop Foreman to join our team specialising in Heavy Machinery repairs and maintenance for our
Riverton Branch This is a relationship focused leadership role, managing employees, internal stakeholders, and external customers.

The Riverton Branch services our farming community and agricultural machinery in Riverton and surrounding towns

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Assist a team of dedicated technicians and apprentices.
Manage repair strategy and the coordination of parts support.
Upkeep of the workshop and equipment and adhering to all WHS policies and procedures
Develop employees and provide opportunities and feedback that enhance employee career growth.
Promote a positive, behavioural based safety culture and lead your team in shifting WHS to a value.
Establish positive and professional working relationships with customers and maintain client satisfaction levels.
Resolves customer concerns related to our CASE IH Machinery and others or distributor warranties; develops strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

You will also be a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
Significant experience in a workshop environment with strong leadership and people management skills.
World class communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences accordingly.
Committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and offering customercentric solutions.
Motivated towards developing a high performing and professional team and their commitment to safety and providing exceptional customer service.
You will receive ongoing training on leading ag equipment brands to advance your skills and keep you up to date with the latest technology.
