We are a fast-growing agency dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced property manager to join our team and manage our portfolio located on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daily operations of our properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, and rent collection
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are in good condition
  • Effectively communicate with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Be responsible for lease administration, renewals, expirations, and vacancies
  • Implement and adhere to all policies and procedures related to property management

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a property manager, assistant property manager or leasing consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding property management
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of PropertyMe Management software is preferred
