About the Role

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Fitters and Mobile Plant Operators to assist on a casual basis when needed, completing both scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance and breakdown repairs of plant, equipment, and machinery and to assist during staff leave periods.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Fitters

Assess maintenance problems/process issues, recommend practical solutions, and take initiative to resolve them.
Quickly escalate production impacting maintenance problems to supervisor.
Provide guidance to others with maintenance tasks including troubleshooting.
Complete more advanced or specialised maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.

Mobile Plant Operators

Prior experience with excavators, dump trucks and articulated dump trucks
Prepare, position and test plants for operation
Select, fit and remove attachments that operate controls
Excavate, break, drill, level, compact, gouge out, move, load and spread earth, rock, rubble and other soil materials

Suitable applicants will have:

Prior relevant experience.
Good understanding of JDE, particularly in relation to work orders, planning, and purchase requisitions.
