Description

You will drive the digital agenda, maintain strong budget discipline, manage key internal and external agency partnerships and act as the central reporting figure for the business across all digital channels.

Key Accountabilities:

Define and execute the digital marketing and transformation roadmap in partnership with Marketing Team Leader
Manage agencies and the core areas of campaign planning, optimisation, integration, conversation and analytics to ensure all campaigns are optimised.
Uplift all digital media capabilities and provide leadership, direction and mentoring to direct reports to create a cohesive and collaborative team environment
Create a culture of experimentation using data and insights to inform optimisation approaches.
Work closely with the Product Management team to deliver engaging digital campaigns across multiple channels including electronic direct mail
Qualifications and Attributes:
Tertiary qualifications, preferably in marketing, digital marketing business or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of digital best practice, integrated marketing, data and analytics and digital transformation
Experience developing and executing both short and long term strategic plans.
Proven experience writing copy and creating digital assets for social posts including brochure creation
Demonstrated experience in Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp and Office 365 products
