Join our family:

We're seeking a Store Manager who leads by example. You'll be a passionate and dedicated self-starter.

In this role, you'll:

Connect with and understand the unique demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond
Be responsible for meeting and beating store targets
Champion our core values on the shop floor in everything you do
Recruit new superstar team members and facilitate their growth, training and performance
Build and maintain a genuine bond with your staff
Commit to a safetyfirst culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheld
Respect and listen to team members to build an unbreakable team dynamic
Work a fulltime roster

What you'll bring to the role:
You'll

Have a great deal of store management experience (23 years)
Be a natural communicator and comfortable managing people
Guide our customers through our range of brands and products
Have a great trackrecord and meeting and beating sales targets and KPI's
Be an empathetic leader who gets a kick out of seeing your team thrive
Be comfortable inspiring and motivating your team to exceed their sales targets
