We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Specialist to take on contract work and support our brand's online presence and marketing efforts.

As a specialist in social media and marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive measurable results.

Social Media Management:

Scope of Work: Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms, create engaging content, manage community interactions, and analyse performance.
Expected Quality: Consistent branding, increased follower engagement, and growth in reach and impressions.
Measurable Deliverables: Monthly content calendars, engaging social media posts, community management reports, analytics tracking (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, clickthrough rates).

Content Creation and Curation:

Scope of Work: Create original and compelling content (text, images, videos) tailored for specific social media platforms, curate relevant industry content, and optimize content for maximum reach.
Expected Quality: Highquality, visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience and generates shares and engagement.
Measurable Deliverables: Content creation calendar, original content pieces, curated content recommendations, engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments), reach and impressions.

Influencer Marketing Campaigns:

Scope of Work: Identify and collaborate with influencers relevant to the brand, develop influencer marketing strategies, manage influencer relationships, and track campaign performance.
Expected Quality: Successful collaborations with influencers leading to increased brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Measurable Deliverables: List of potential influencers, influencer briefs and contracts, campaign performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions), influencergenerated content.

Social Media Advertising:

Scope of Work: Develop and implement targeted social media advertising campaigns, optimize ad performance, monitor budgets, and track conversions.
Expected Quality: Effective ad targeting, increased ad reach, and measurable return on ad spend (ROAS).
Measurable Deliverables: Ad campaign strategy, ad creatives, audience targeting details, performance reports (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS).

Analytics and Reporting:

Scope of Work: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Expected Quality: Accurate data analysis, actionable insights, and regular reporting to measure progress against goals.
Measurable Deliverables: Monthly analytics reports, campaign performance dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking, recommendations for improvement.
