The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated Town Planner/Assistant Development Manager to join a well-known global brand.

The Role:

As a Town Planner/Assistant Development Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:


  • Uncovering Promising Opportunities: Support the Development team in identifying potential opportunities for expansion. Show initiative by actively seeking off-market options and establishing connections with agents and owners.

Assisting in Acquisitions: Collaborate with brokers and agents to finalise acquisitions, utilising your negotiation skills to facilitate smooth transactions.

Lease Documentation: Work with landlords and solicitors to finalise lease documentation, ensuring all key terms are well-documented and up to date.

Experience in the Property Sector: Prior experience in roles such as Town Planner, Assistant Development Manager, Analyst, or similar positions within the property sector will provide a strong foundation for success.

Analytical Aptitude: Demonstrate your proficiency in modeling and analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to the team's success.

Effective Communication: Display excellent listening skills, the ability to articulate yourself clearly, and the talent for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Understanding Leaseholds: Have a solid understanding of leaseholds, yields, and related concepts, which are essential in navigating the nuances of the hospitality industry.

Negotiation Skills: Showcase your negotiation savvy to achieve favorable outcomes and establish mutually beneficial agreements.
