Description

The core capability requirements for this role are:
Act as the first point of contact to the public requiring assistance in police stations. Assist members of the public and provide information relating to Queensland Police Service initiatives
Undertake counter duties including taking crime reports, issuing permits and other associated documentation.
Competently use police computer databases and inputting data as necessary.
Competently use police communication equipment when necessary.
Compile reports and other correspondence and assist in the preparation of police documentation as required.
Proactively contributing to the development of administrative systems and processes that assist in the running of a station.
Receive and receipt of found property including money.
Receipt money including currency and electronic funds transfer at point of sale (EFTPOS) transactions.
Undertake duties with the minimum of supervision both during and out of normal business hours as required.
