If you're a social media coordinator or someone who only has experience with posting content and making Instagram grids look nice, this is not for you.


But if you're an expert media buyer with lots of experience you can prove and show us, then read on...

Mad Lab Media is a boutique Digital Marketing Agency specialising in online advertising across Search, Social, and Streaming.

We also provide content creation services such as photography, video, and graphic design, as well as social media management and web design.

We're in a growth phase and looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our young growing team. This role is for 4 days or 32 hours per week.


The Role:

Setting up, launching and managing profitable Paid Ad campaigns for ecommerce, lead generation, web traffic, and more across Social, Search, and Streaming platforms

Setting up Facebook/Google/Google Analytics accounts for clients including all necessary tracking, pixels, custom conversions etc

Daily management of Ad campaigns once they go live

Build & A/B test high-converting funnels and landing pages

Testing and optimisation of all areas of Ad campaigns including copy, creative, audiences and targeting criteria

Complete management of client account to ensure a successful campaign

Performance reporting and analytics compiled for clients

Client liaison and client meetings


Requirements:

Proven track record of profitable ad campaigns that you're able to show us

Managed at least $1,000 a day in Ad spend

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager

Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics

Experience with TikTok Ads Manager

Understanding of landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing etc

Passion for online marketing and digital strategies

Excellent verbal & written communication

Be efficient, organised and task oriented

Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects

Salary:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
