Summary


The Pool & Beach Experience Supervisor will be in charge of the daily operations of the pool & beach including the supervisory and activities duties in the Recreation department.

These activities include beach, pool, child activities, and coordinating Camp Hyatt program. This person will also have general management responsibilities including interviewing, scheduling, training and counseling employees. Need to respond to guest emergencies and complete incident reports.


Qualifications:


  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Time management skills
  • Computer skills
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Customer service skills
  • Able to follow up and resolve escalated complaints
  • Able to work flexible shifts (long hours when needed)
  • Team player
  • Taskdriven and resultoriented
  • May require CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification
